ABOUT THE PROPERTY

About the house

The house was built 2019 and is an art of architectial engineering since the house is 23 m long and only 3,6 m wide. 75 sqm and contains three bedrooms with six beds. Shower/wc. Combined kithen with livingroom. There are two terraces.

The surroundings

Möja is one of the most genuine islands in the archipelago with many old, red fishermen cabins. The houses are sometimes very close to each other but that is only charming. This house is situated in the main village and you have everything within appr. 100 m distance. You will love this place!

How to go to Möja

You reach the island with ferries that depart several times per day all year long. From the harbour it´s not more than 200 m walkingdistance. The ferry goes all the way from Stockholm City and it´s a treat to ride it! Brace yourself for a beautiful trip! Pellagio can arrange pickup at the airport and have a taxiboat waiting for you if you want.

Beds

The property has six beds in three rooms. In master bedroom theres a doublebed and there are two smaller rooms with bunkbeds (upper bed is not suited for kids under 12). All beds are new and luxurous. Bed linen is included.

Interior

All the furniture are new/modern or antique. There is also two sets of furniture for the terraces. No problem to eat dinner outside. If you want to feel warm, light up the fireplace.

Cleaningservice / linen and towels

Cleaningservice when checking out is always included in the price. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and suntowels is included for up to six persons.

Free Wifi / Technique

The property has free wifi and connected to fiber 10/100 mb. You also have a combined oven/micro, stove, washing machine. No dishwasher though, so you need to wash by hand or go and eat at the restaurants!

BBQ/Kitchen

The property has a nice LPG-BBQ on the terrace and fully functional kitchen inside of course.

WHAT TO DO AND EAT

Restaurants & bakery

There are at least five restaurants including a great pizzaplace on the Island open on a daily basis during high season. Three of them within 100 meters. During the low season there at least one or often two open. Theres also a bakery open during highseason.

Rent bikes

You can rent bikes within 100 m and explore the island.

Grocery & Spirits

There are two grocery stores open all year, during high season all day and during low season just a couple of ours. One of them is located within 100 meters. You can order spirits from Systembolaget at the grocery and have it delivered within three days.

Swim or rent a kayak

Even if the sea is within 100 m you need to go 2 kilometers for the beach (small one) but you can rent kayaks and explore the archipelago by waterside.

PRICES

Highseason week 25-34 cost 3500 euro per week.

Lowseason 1500-2500 euro per week.

Cleaning when checkout is included.

Bedlinen, towels, bathrobes, suntowels up to six persons is included.

Check-in time is usually at saturdays 15.00 Swedish time (GMT+1)

and check-out saturday at 10.00 Swedish time (GMT+1).

For safety reasons you will need to deposit 600 euro when booking.

PELLAGIO is a company established 2020,

we are have our roots in the Stockholm archipelago so we know it inside and out. Although the company is new we have 20+ years of experience by renting out homes and manage propertys.

Our business-idea is to provide exclusive rentals within the Stockholm archipelago to selected clients and preferably with longterm relations.

All our rentals include cleaning when checking out and we take special pride in offering high level service. Pellagio work together with several event agencies so you can have your own special excursion such as fishing- or boat trips, hire your own private chef etc.

Pellagio rent out exclusive cabins and houses within Stockholm archipelago.

We take special pride in offering highlevel service to all our clients,

that is for both owners as well as for the tenant.

As Pellagio look for selected customers we will do our best to find the most suitable tenant for your property. We know that this is very important for you and we want you to be assured that we have focus on that. So after the initial contact and if you want to go further we usually meet up at your property. We will walk you trough the process and take notes of everything that is important to you and/or the property.

We take professionell photos and then market them as you please. If wanted, we can suggest tenants from ourown database or we market your house in public. When renting out for the first time and at each seasonal startup wewill execute an inspection of the propertys condition so that remarks are clearly noticed.
